This place suits me perfectly, with excellent luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a great bar/lounge area. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me find a taxi. I highly recommend it!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Euston station! 🏙️ The room was decent, comfy and clean, but the bathroom could use some attention. a pleasant stay.

Ask for a room on a higher floor to avoid noise and ensure better air conditioning, as lower rooms can be quite warm and noisy.

The reception area needs a thorough cleaning, and signage for amenities like the ice machine is too sparse!!! Having to lug bags upstairs is less than ideal, and room cleanliness could greatly improve!!! it just feels outdated!!!

Found some cracking local spots to munch on, especially the traditional cakes that were a sweet delight. Plus, the cleanliness of the hotel felt top-notch even if the experience left some to be desired. Hit up nearby joints like Woburn Tandoori for a tasty curry that really hits the spot.

The drinks at the bar were a bit of a cheeky rip-off—£30 for two Baileys and some crisps! And while the reception staff did their job, they seemed a bit glum, which cast a slight shadow over my stay.

The room was clean and nicely furnished, but the heating was a problem. I was frustrated trying to get it to a comfortable temperature. The bathroom was modern, which was a plus. I managed to sleep, but I could have done with better temperature control and maybe a little more space.

The breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of options for our picky eaters. The staff was attentive and ensured our family felt welcomed, making our stay comfortable with three children.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if they had better air conditioning for families staying in warmer months.

There were multiple failures with the amenities, and the service wasn't responsive enough to resolve these issues quickly. the location was very convenient for our sightseeing plans, being close to popular attractions like the British Library and Covent Garden.

Perfect for a city escape

Had an excellent breakfast spread, like every option you could think of. The staff were genuinely helpful when I had issues getting a cab.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but for what you get, it’s acceptable.
